Abortion is Equality | Abortion is Oppression

Equality is not being the same but being treated the same despite our differences.

A woman should not be treated differently because she is a woman and has the responsibly of baring children. The conversation should be how should society change to cater for woman instead of how can woman change to be more like men. That is not quality.

Having to choose between a career and your child or a boyfriend and your child or your family and your child is not a choice. It is oppression. It is not Biblical either.

In Proverbs 31 we find a description of a godly woman. She is a mother, a wife, a boss, a business woman, has a career and is multi-talented. She does not have to sacrifice her children to be equal to a man.

When a woman feels she needs to abort in order to satisfy another’s desire or society’s demands than society is flawed and not the woman. A child is not a disease or a nuisance or a mental health issue or a hinderance that needs to be gotten ridden of. A child is a person and deserves the same equality its mother is striving for.

When a woman is driven to abort a gross inequality is committed against her and her child. Both have the right to life under our constitution and both have the right not to be discriminated against.

Despite society not supporting mothers and pregnant women we do. Reach out to us, our hands are reaching out to you.
